It’s no secret that NICKELBACK has been kicking some serious arse since the band’s first US No. 1, ‘How You Remind Me’, at the the very turn of this millenium.

Since then, the band has earned five more top 10 singles across the pond, even breaking the record for most No. 1s in the 13-year history of the Adult Pop songs chart just earlier this year with ‘Gotta Be Somebody’ rising in January. With the band’s last four albums reaching the top 10 on the US Billboard 200, including All the Right Reasons, which rang in at No. 1 and spent 156 weeks on the list between 2005 and 2006, it’s therefore pretty darn fitting that the band have been announced as Billboard’s ‘top duo/group’ of the last decade.

That will go along nicely with their recent Grammy nomination for Dark Horse!

Chris, who hails from the UK, fills everyone in on how he came from being in a Welsh metal band to packin’ his job in and joining US based Mutiny Within, how he managed to write an album with the band whilst still being based in the UK and touring the USA.

MADINA LAKE recently hit Tokyo and Osaka in Japan to play some headline shows to their fans over there and the reception they recieved was fantastic and the guys had an absolute blast!

As well as playing the shows and doing the usual interviews, the guys got time to meet some fans who had won a meet and greet in a competition, to go and do some shopping and also to take in some karaoke!

YOU FUCKIN’ BLEED NOW! Check out this live footage of HATEBREED shot by Hardtimes in Montreal, Canada, during the bands recent tour of Canada and North America, which finished up for Christmas in Philly yesterday and resumes there on the 26th December for a few shows in the region.

January 23rd sees the guys hit mainland Europe with MACHINE HEAD, and that run of dates will work it’s way to the UK, kicking things off in Plymouth on the 16th February.
