Motionless In White reveal official music video for ‘570’

Posted on July 13, 2016

Motionless In White have revealed their riotous new music video for “570.”  The video, which was directed by Jeremy Danger and Travis Shinn, follows Motionless In White’s recent signing to Roadrunner Records and the release of their label debut “570.”

Motionless In White is currently hard at work on their long awaited fourth studio album and full-length Roadrunner debut, slated for 2017. “570” marks the band’s first new release since 2014’s chart-topping “REINCARNATE,” which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s “Top Rock Albums” chart as well as at #9 on the overall SoundScan/Billboard 200. Motionless In White’s third studio album was highlighted by the blockbuster title track, a top 20 Active Rock radio favorite accompanied by a striking companion video now boasting close to 10 million individual views.

Motionless In White will celebrate “570” with nearly non-stop touring, kicking off with this year’s Vans Warped Tour ’16 Presented By Journeys. Motionless In White – whose frontman, Chris Motionless, graces the cover of Alternative Press’ current Vans Warped Tour ’16 special issue – are among the top nominees for the 2016 Journeys Alternative Press Music Awards Fueled By Monster Energy, with nods including “Best Live Band” and “Artist of the Year Presented By Monster Energy.” Fans are invited to vote now at the official #APMAS Voting Booth; the 2016 Journeys Alternative Press Music Awards Fueled By Monster Energy will be presented July 18th at The Schottenstein Center in Columbus, OH.

Founded in 2005, Motionless In White have won over audiences worldwide with their aggressive music and arresting imagery.  The band – currently comprising lead singer Chris Motionless, guitarists Ryan Sitkowski and Ricky Horror, keyboardist Josh Balz, bassist Devin “Ghost” Sola, and drummer Vinny Mauro – have proven a ferocious and inventive live act, earning an increasingly fervent fan following via countless headline shows, festival sets, and tours alongside such iconic acts as Slipknot, Lamb of God, and A Day To Remember among others.

Check out the brand new video from The Amity Affliction!

Posted on July 11, 2016

The Amity Affliction has announced today’s release of “This Could Be Heartbreak,” the title track and new single from their highly anticipated new album. THIS COULD BE HEARTBREAK arrives at last on Friday, August 12th.

THIS COULD BE HEARTBREAK is available now for pre-order in a variety of limited edition physical bundles via theamityaffliction.net and all DSPs, with all digital pre-orders accompanied by an instant grat download of “This Could Be Heartbreak,” as well as the album’s gripping first single, “I Bring The Weather With Me.”

“This Could Be Heartbreak” is joined by an equally compelling companion video directed by Mark Staubach. Today’s premiere follows the recent video debut of “I Bring The Weather With Me,” also directed by Staubach and fast approaching 1.5 million individual views at YouTube alone.

Deeply personal and emotionally wrenching, THIS COULD BE HEARTBREAK is The Amity Affliction’s most transformative and revealing record yet. Recorded by producer and longtime collaborator Will Putney at Melbourne’s Holes and Corners with additional drum tracking done at Sing Sing Studios, the album finds The Amity Affliction evolving their signature powerful and cathartic song craft. Both ambitious and grand, album standouts “This Could Be Heartbreak” and “All Fucked Up” are equal parts heavy and hopeful, fueled by frontman Joel Birch’s desperation which achieves extraordinary transcendence through radical honesty and absolute power.

Tickets for The Amity Affliction’s UK headline tour with Stray From The Path, Northlane and Wage War are now on sale!

Posted on July 11, 2016

Gojira have debuted their official music video for ‘Low Lands.’ Taken from their acclaimed chart topping new album MAGMA, ‘Low Lands’ and its music video are streaming now on the Gojira’s official YouTube channel. The captivating video – directed by band members Joe and Mario Duplantier’s cousin, Alain Duplantier – was shot at the brothers’ family home in Ondres, France.

Joe Duplantier commented on the new visual stating, “It is an intimate and poetic piece directed by our dear cousin and friend Alain Duplantier. One of the ‘characters’ featured in this film is ‘Gayeres’ the family house where Mario and I grew up. We jammed to our first songs, started Gojira, and recorded most of our albums there. Our sister Gabrielle also contributed to the making of this video. We want to thank all the wonderful people who worked hard to make this happen and all our fans for supporting us with so much passion and respect. We hope you’ll enjoy the trip as much as we do.”

Last month Gojira returned with their widely acclaimed new LP MAGMA to take the #1 spot on Billboard’s ‘Hard Rock Albums’ chart making them the first French band to hold the #1 spot on the chart in its nine year existence. The release of MAGMA marked the highest chart debuts of Gojira’s career around the globe.

This Autumn, Gojira embark on an extensive North American headline tour with Tesseract. The band return to the UK from November 23rd, in support of Alter Bridge. Volbeat and Like A Storm also perform. Tickets are on sale now for the following arena shows:

MAGMA has been heralded by two stunning visuals pieces for album tracks “Silvera” and “Stranded.” “Silvera” is accompanied by a Drew Cox directed music video shot in New York City, which has received over 1.5 Million views on Gojira’s official YouTube channel while the official video for “Stranded,” directed by Vincent Caldoni, has already garnered 2.1 Million views and charted in the Top 25 on Spotify’s US Viral 50 chart.
