Not content with being the frontman of two of the world’s biggest bands, Slipknot & Stone Sour, Corey Taylor is also a successful author. He first book ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ which he released in 2012 made it onto the New York Times best-sellers list. In his forthcoming new book ‘A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven’ Taylor investigates the paranormal with a number of ghostbusting groups as they research & study the paranormal. Taylor also shares some of his personal experiences with the spectral whilst trying to understand how he can believe in ghost but continue to be an atheist. He had this to say about his latest literary work; “I’ve seen a lot in my life when it comes to this side of things and I refuse to just write it off like a lot of cynics would. And I’m trying to work it out honestly from a scientific and mathematical point of view. There’s a lot of that in the book and there’s also stories of the experiences I’ve had in the places I’ve lived and the places I’ve worked. There’s a whole chapter about the mansion in which I’ve worked in Los Angeles.” The book is scheduled for release in the UK on June 20th.
