• Tim Ingham (Editor of Music Week)
• Mark Hoppus (Blink 182)
• Lord Clement-Jones (Liberal Democrat Spokesperson in the Lords for Culture, Media & Sport)
• Andy Copping (Vice President of Music UK at Live Nation)
• Alex Milas (Editor of Metal Hammer, Future Publishing)
• Charlie Simpson (Fightstar, formerly of Busted)
• Ian Moss (Public Affairs Director at the BPI)
• Laurent Barnard (Gallows)
• Rob Damiani (Don Broco)
• Tyler Connolly (Theory of a Deadman)
• Rick Wakeman (Musician, songwriter and radio presenter, formerly of Yes)

Q Magazine had a journalist at the event and you can read what they had to say by clciking here.

Rock The House‘ was set up by MP Mike Weatherly who is a keen metal fan. Mike had this to say about the event: “The debate was a tremendous success. Getting so many experts together to discuss the issues that are important to the future of music is unique and has helped promote the message of Rock the House.”

“The competition is so important in getting MPs to connect with a creative demographic that they would not normally engage with. Without Rock the House, only a minority of MPs would be aware of the issues facing the industry. We hope that Rock the House will help increase political awareness of IP issues and ensure that the UK remains a world-leading creative economy.”
