TRIVIUM frontman Matt Heafy is a food lover and as eager fans will know, he even has his own food blog. But how well would he cope with traditional British food, such as jellied eel, cockles and welks, Scotch eggs and pork pies? The challenge was set and Big Cheese Magazine sent in their (wisely vegetarian in this situation) man Ian Chaddock to talk to Matt about what he thought of these foods from Ol’ Blighty.
