MEGADETH filmed a video on Saturday in Santa Clarita, California for the band’s the new single, Public Enemy No. 1. The video was shot on the set of a Westerns movie set and Dave Ellefson filmed a clip to give fans a sneaky peak at what to expect: “We have never shot a video like this before; there’s actually animals in the movie and that’s all we can say”. You can see that clip with Ellefson below:

MEGADETH‘s upcoming album, TH1RT3EN is out on the 31st of October and the title has a special meaning to the band. Dave Mustaine, who started playing guitar at the age of 13, chatted to Rolling Stone recently and stated that the album title is relevant in more ways than one:
“I was born on September 13th; this is my thirteenth record. It just seemed like it was the right thing to do to call it ‘TH1RT3EN‘. This record is the culmination of my work over the 13 records I recorded. There are moments on ‘TH1RT3EN‘ that capture my every emotion and other moments where I am releasing feelings I never knew existed! My proudest moments of my musical career are captured on ‘TH1RT3EN‘.” You can hear Public Enemy No. 1 below:
