SATYRICON TO HEADLINE SATURDAY NIGHT AT HAMMERFEST
Posted on November 23, 2010SATYRICON have been confirmed to headline next March’s Hammerfest 3 (Sat 19th March) alongside Accept and Biohazard. This will be the first UK performance in over 12 months, marking a long-awaited return for the heavy-riffing extremists.
As we reported back in October, Satyricon are currently beginning work on a follow-up to 2008’s The Age Of Nero. “Our off year is coming to an end“, said front man Satyr, “We are feeling fresh and charged.”
Hammerfest will take place at Pontins in Prestatyn, N.Wales March 17th-19th and looks set to be one beast of a line up with acts confirmed so far including Accept, Satyricon, Biohazard and Municipal Waste, My Ruin, Evile, Gama Bomb, Onslaught, Mutant, Revoker and Attica Rage.
