Backstage at Hammersmith Apollo, on Halloween night, something slightly hilarious was taking place. Corey Taylor, frontman with the night’s headliners STONE SOUR, was laughing hysterically with his bandmates as he donned a white basque- complete with tutu- stockings and suspenders and a shocking-purple wig. No one could say this was a man shying away from his Halloween responsibilities.

Corey performed the entire set that night in his costume, pelting through the set with the same energy and aggression as on any other night and in the clip below, you can see the juxtaposition of the humour of the night with the sincerity and emotion of the tracks.
