In a new book titled ‘Mosh Potatoes’ (what else??), author Steve Seabury has collated recipies from some of the metal worlds biggest hitters, including a plethora of Roadrunner artists past and present! Why? Well, let’s face it- unless you’ve eaten Zakk Wylde’s Spaghetti and meatballs, you ain’t eaten spaghetti and meatballs!!

Also featuring the likes of Hatebreed, Queensryche, Megadeth, Down and Lamb Of God and including anecdotes as well as recipes, this is a must for any metaller who likes to get their cook on!
