OPETH LIVE AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL- THIS IS ‘DIRGE FOR NOVEMBER’…

Posted on September 9, 2010

Earlier this week, OPETH premiered their video for the track ‘Dirge For November’, performed at the Royal Albert Hall during the band’s show there back in April.

The show was part of a special run of shows to celebrate the band’s 20th Anniversary, and the band shot the show at RAH for their forthcoming DVD In Live Concert At The Royal Albert Hall, which is out on September 20th.

The video, therefore, is a lovely little taster of what fans can expect from the DVD. If you missed the premiere, then you can check the video out now in the player below.

The DVD not only showcases the RAH gig, but also includes a Q&A session with the band’s frontman Mikael Akerfeldt an on-the-road documantary. Head back here tomorrow at 4pm UK time to see the first of a series of exclusive clips taken from these elements of the package.
