NICKELBACK PICK UP 3 MUCH MUSIC AWARDS; ALEXISONFIRE PERFORM
Posted on June 23, 2009Canada’s MUCH MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS took place over the weekend and saw two Roadrunner artists take the ceremony by storm!
ALEXISONFIRE took the stage immediately after show openers The Jonus Brothers with a tremendous performance of their current hit ‘Young Cardinals’ (from new album OLD CROWS / YOUNG CARDINALS- released this week).
This was followed by labelmates NICKELBACK picking up THREE awards for their video for Gotta Be Somebody (taken from current album DARK HORSE): BEST VIDEO, MUCH LOUD BEST ROCK VIDEO and BEST POST PRODUCTION!!! The arena rockers then closed the ceremony in a pyro-tastic performance!
