EXTRA CAMPING TICKETS RELEASED FOR DOWNLOAD
Posted on June 3, 2009If you were one of those folks who had a ticket for DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL but had no camping sorted yet, you will be happy to hear that today Download festival organisers announced that a further 2,500 camping tickets have been made available and are now on sale!
Customers who have already purchased weekend arena tickets and haven’t been able to buy camping are advised to call Ticketmaster on 08444 999 999. Customers who wish to buy weekend arena tickets and camping are advised to purchase online- head to the official DL WEBSITE- HERE.
And in case you were wondering when you can catch the plethora of Roadrunner bands playing over the weekend, here is a reminder…
FRIDAY
STAGE 2: STEADLUR open the second stage, and later that day OPETH are directly before headliners Motley Crue.
MAIN STAGE: STAIND are second on, with KILLSWITCH ENGAGE playing mid-bill before Limp Biscuit.
SATURDAY
No bands for RR on Stage 2 today! All about the MAIN STAGE action! DEVILDRIVER are third on, followed by DOWN. DRAGONFORCE are fourth from top with SLIPKNOT closing the main stage that night as only the Iowa Nine can!!
SUNDAY
STAGE 2: TRIVIUM close the 2nd stage, so get to that tent EARLY or you ain’t seeing shit!
MAIN STAGE: BLACK STONE CHERRY are 5th on, and you should DEFFO stick around as right after them the legendary DREAM THEATER hit the stage!
