SLIPKNOT frontman COREY TAYLOR has spoken to America’s Billboard magazine about their impending Autum release- the as yet untitled follow-up to 2004’s ‘Volume 3: The Subliminal Verses’.
“It’s going to rip your face off…I don’t think the world will be ready for this album.”
He goes on to describe it as “very dark” and “a cross between” the afforementioned ‘Volume 3: The Subliminal Verses’ and 2001’s ‘Iowa’.
“It has so much power in it and yet there are so many great spots for melody,” he explains. “It’s a controlled chaos that hits you right out of the gate.”
