STONE SOUR have posted the following update up on their MYSPACE PROFILE. Stage one is complete! The recording process is finished. 16 tracks were recorded and we’re in the process of picking just how many will go on the album. We’re hoping for a late Summer release. We are so excited for you to hear this! From songs like “30/30-150,” to “Zzyzx Road,” it’s much more diverse and mature than the first record. Sonically, it’s amazing! We are currently working on the US Tour schedule, and new merch. We will keep you posted as more info comes in. Onto stage two of the process: mixing! Update legends Walls Of Jericho have blessed us with another fine installment courtesy of their MYSPACE PROFILE. “What’s up everyone just wanted to check in and give you all the scoop on whats going on in the world of WOJ. Mike and I ( I being Dustin) flew out to NYC yesterday evening to begin mixing the record.The Flight kind of sucked due to really bad weather but the drive to New Jersy was cool so whatever. Meanwhile back in Clevo, Chris and Candace are finishing up some vocal stuff with Ben till tommorrow in which the record will be finished. Me and Mike will be in Jerey till next week mixing the record with Eric Racheal, everything is going super smooth and the record sounds really really good. We are out in Hadley, MA recording our new record “Always The Hard Way” with King Zeuss, and we couldn’t be more happy with the way it’s coming out! We have been in here for about 20 days now, and we are finishing up. Eddie Sutton from Leeway and Arron from Death Threat made a vocal appearance and it sounds fuckin’ great! The album is gonna drop July 10th just in time for sounds of the underground this summer! I posted some photos of us in the studio, so check that shit out! -Doug
