DevilDriver have just posted on their YouTube channel footage shot from the stage as they started the Biggest Circle Pit In History at this year's Download Festival – stretching further than the length of a football field from the front of the stage to the sound desk, you just have to see this!
Chock-full of modernized death metal posture, DAATH have concocted a cocktail of metal’s most eclectic elements…
The band will release an exclusive remix of “Dead On The Dance Floor,” a track from their debut Roadrunner release, The Hinderers, digitally this summer. The track was remixed by Danny Lohner (Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle). Daath guitarist and co-founder Eyal Levi states: “At some point in our lives each member of Daath has done their time with Nine Inch Nail’s music. They are a huge part of our musical upbringing and collaborating with one of their main minds is an honour that we are very excited about.”
If you've yet to check out the phenominal album The Hinderers, just have a look at what has been said about it…
“Crushingly heavy, unusually catchy and possessing a groove that would even make Stephen Hawking nod his head.” – Metal Hammer
“Imagine a mix of DevilDriver and Lamb Of God, throw in the occasional synth beat and you’ll end up with The Hinderers. A damn fine debut.” – Total Guitar
“Definitely not your average death metal band.” – Drowned In Sound
“Eclectic newcomers set death metal right… something special is afoot.” – Kerrang!
“A full-on underground slasher. Death metal rules. Again.” – Classic Rock
“Undeniably well-played and surprisingly fresh.” – Terrorizer
“Daath will keep you guessing every step of the way. Excellent stuff.” – Rocksound

Corey Taylor has been working with legends Anthrax for their next studio album. Will he become the next Anthrax vocalist? Taylor said, “It's been bandied about. I'm not saying anything right now because all it's been is just talked about…It kind of started as a joke. And then the more we talked about it, the more serious it got. I'm gonna at least help them out. It's kind of a dream come true — ANTHRAX is one of my favorite bands.”
