LAMB OF GOD SIGN TO ROADRUNNER RECORDS AND ANNOUNCE DVD RELEASE

ROADRUNNER RECORDS are thrilled to welcome heavy metal masters LAMB OF GOD to the Roadrunner family (ex-North America).

LAMB OF GOD are renowned for their world class metal. Comprising vocalist Randy Blythe, guitarists Mark Morton and Willie Adler, bassist John Campbell, and drummer Chris Adler, the band have accumulated global sales of around three million units. They have performed numerous sold out shows across the globe as well as appearing at some of the world’s biggest rock festivals, including Ozzfest & Download. In 2007, they were honoured with a Grammy nomination.

“Having toured with countless Roadrunner bands both domestically and overseas Lamb of God has had the chance to see the amount of promotion and support the label puts into their bands. The foreign territories seem a perfect place to put the two machines in motion together. We look forward to a long partnership! Cheers!” enthuses frontman Randy Blythe. Roadrunner’s Snr VP International, Wally van Middendorp, agrees, “Roadrunner and Lamb Of God are a perfect match. We’re excited to be working with them. The first LAMB OF GOD release on Roadrunner will be an all-new, 2-DVD set on June 30, 2008.

The Walk With Me In Hell 2-DVD set features over five hours of incredible, all-access footage. Disc 1 contains the highly anticipated feature documentary Walk With Me In Hell and multiple live performance extras from across the globe on the Sacrament World Tour. The documentary chronicles every detail in the lives of Lamb of God as they completed recording and toured around the world nearly three times over in support of the highly praised 2006 album Sacrament. Disc 2 includes an additional full-length Making of Sacrament feature plus LAMB OF GOD’s entire, uncut, brutal performance at the Download Festival 2007, where they performed in front of over 72,000 fans. Extras include deleted scenes, live performance videos for various tour stops, the official music video for Redneck, and a Making of Redneck documentary.
