Q MAGAZINE RECOMMENDS KILL HANNAH

Posted on April 19, 2008

If you pick up the latest issue of Q MAGAZINE, you will see a STONKING 4 /5 review for KILL HANNAH‘s new album UNTIL THERE’S NOTHING LEFT OF US. Oooor you could just check it out AND pick up the album right here:

SORT-OF-THIRD ALBUM FROM CULT CHICAGOANS. Not to be confused with the US version of Until There’s Nothing Left Of Us, the UK release features most of the original, plus selected oldies in place of filler. Tinkering notwithstanding, it still gels. With his Billy Corgan vocals and angsty lyrics, Mat Devine exudes goth charisma, but Kill Hannah are more agile on their feet and saved from being rooted in the last century by an army of pounding synthesizers and Devine’s way with a sweeping, urgent melody, especially on the mighty Songs That Saved My Life. Properly exciting.
