WITHIN TEMPTATION PRESENT ‘BLACK SYMPHONY’
Posted on February 12, 2008On February 7th WITHIN TEMPTATION will present the 'Black Symphony' in a long in advance sold out show at the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam. The biggest venue in the Benelux, it will burst with 10,000 fans from all over Europe and overseas.
Back Symphony will see Within Temptation performing with the 60 piece Metropole Orchestra and a 35 voices strong classical choir in a spectacular stage setting, backed by Europe’s largest video screen (400 sqm) and spiced-up by stunning pyrotechnic and light displays.
For those who are not lucky enough to hold a ticket, the good news is that this audio-visual spectacular will be filmed by 14 full HD cameras for an upcoming DVD release (date TBC). The DVD is set to feature the full Black Symphony concert with extensive behind the scenes documentation plus Within Temptation’s 2007 spectacular year end show in the Beursgebouw in Eindhoven which featured an exclusive WT acoustic set and a duet between Sharon den Adel and Anneke van Griesbergen (The Gathering) next to full band performances.
