Promoters AEG Live have confirmed that the two Nickelback/Bon Jovi June dates, originally planned for Wembley Stadium, will now be taking place in the world renowned Milton Keynes National Bowl. After contact with Wembley it is evident that the Stadium will not be ready for the shows in June. Therefore to ensure that fans are not disappointed, AEG Live And the bands have decided to move the shows to Milton Keynes. í¢ä‰åñHaving closed the original Wembley Stadium, it would have been a fitting honor to open the new one,” says Jon Bon Jovi. “However, the most important element was always the live concerts themselves. So while the location may have changed, the celebration will remain the same. Thank you to our fans – for your loyalty and your patience. We’ll see you for two great nights of rock ‘n’ roll at Milton Keynes.” THE FULL UK DATES are as follows: * June 3rd 2006 – Hampden Park Stadium, Glasgow * June 4th 2006 – City of Manchester Stadium, Manchester * June 7th 2006 – Ricoh Arena, Coventry * June 9th 2006 – The Friends Provident St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton * June 10th 2006 í¢ä‰åäóì The National Bowl, Milton Keynes * June 11th 2006 – The National Bowl, Milton Keynes Tickets are available from the 24-Hour hotline: 0870 405 0448 or online @ www.aeglive.co.uk All tickets purchased for Wembley are valid for The National Bowl on the respective dates and thus there will be no rebooking required.
