The year-long, multi-tiered celebration of Roadrunner Records’ 25th Anniversary culminates on 15th December in New York City when the label hosts a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ concert at the brand new Nokia Theatre in Times Square. The show will feature a RR United ‘house band’ comprised of Joey Jordison (Slipknot) – drums, Andreas Kisser (Sepultura) – lead guitar, Dino Cazares (ex Fear Factory, Brujeria) – rhythm guitar, and Adam Duce (Machine Head) – bass and is shaping up to be a defining event in hard rock history. Special guests, including past and present Roadrunner artists and other metal icons will join the band onstage to play 20 classic Roadrunner tunes along with a few choice cuts from ‘The All Star Sessions’ album. Additionally, this coming Monday 7th November, Roadrunner United’s first single í¢ä‰åñThe Endí¢ä‰åŒ is released in the UK on limited edition 7í¢ä‰åŒ picture disc vinyl and digital download. Written by Cazares and featuring Matt Heafy on vocals, the song is already catching fire at UK TV, debuting at No.3 on the Kerrang! TV chart (selection number 259 on the TV channel).
