We really found a kindred spirit in Paul. His approach and understanding of what we want to be and accomplish as a band was so right on. Paul’s crew, Skidd (engineer) and Curry, were solid… Pressed for time we cranked out three tunes, one brand new song, ‘Lookin To Find’, that we wrote with Paul while down there in Memphis. One other tune, ‘Explode’, we re-wrote and changed for the better, and one, ‘Strange Generation’, that we just rocked out! Working in Memphis at Ardent Studios was a big plus. The vibe at Ardent, and in Memphis is strong and very heavy…What a better place for the Dirty Americans to get down than the ‘Dirty South’?”
