“Download…so where do I start. I guess we will go to the night before, we were 12 hours away and had to play a gig at 10:30. Doesn’t seem like a problem right? Well we had to be at Download at 10am…not good, so we played the gig in Holland, jumped in the bus and drove about 100mph to get there…we made it by the skin of our teeth. We all wake up, play the show, rocked it for about 8-10,000 people and it was the best crowd we have ever played for…no bullshit. The rest of the weekend was spent hanging out with our friends in Mudvayne, Stone Sour, etc…and of course Spineshank. Speaking of them they tore it up the next day, it was so amazing to watch them. After their set we were lucky enough to catch Metallica’s set, wow that was fucking nuts. The rest of the night was spent drinking booze and yes to top it off, we got to hang out with Metallica…yes Metallica…all in all the best weekend of our lives. We are upset we had to cancel the rest of the tour due to Spineshank, but we understand and our hearts are with them.
