Roadrunner’s 25 years of existence co-incided with the birth of Heavy Music as we know it today. In the label’s earliest days, Roadrunner began licensing now-classic U.S. releases for distribution to rabid fans overseas, truly growing American Metal on a Worldwide scale.By the late eighties, Roadrunner was signing it’s own talent í¢ä‰åäóì bands from around the World that would quickly become titans in their own right.
